Description

Located only 5 min drive from a gorgeous village of Árchez, but still very secluded to enjoy the tranquility and nature. Short walk will take you to the tiny, but lovely village of Corumbela.

We enter the finca through an open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, oven and gas stove-top. Simple and clean design throughout the finca is accompanied by wooden-beam ceilings. Living room with a fireplace for romantic winter evenings, corner sofa, air-conditioning (hot&cold) and satellite TV.

Master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and air-conditioning (hot&cold) and en-suite bathroom with sink & toilet. Another bedroom with a double bed (without A/C) and a family bathroom with a bathtub.

The finca is perfect for a couple or for a small family. The maximum capacity is 4 people.

Outside terrace offers wonderful mountain views, and views of the Corumbela village. Barbecue area by the small swimming pool (4 x 2 m) invites for fabulous al fresco dining.

The road to Finca Rocío is concreted, only the last 300 m are on a dirt track. The first part of the dirt track is quite steep, but it is possible to drive up with a normal car that has a reasonable ground clearance. The finca is fenced in with an electronic gate. Inside the property there is a space for only one standard size car. Another parking spot is possible nearby.

The finca is just outside of the village of Árchez, about 3,5 km. More supermarkets, bars & restaurants can also be found in the village of Cómpeta, about 8 km, 15 min drive.

The prices include cleaning, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, towels (except towels for beach and pool) and VAT 10%.
