Description

Located in the beautiful Andalusian countryside between the village of Torrox and the mountain village of Competa, is Casa Azahar. Suitable for up to six people, the house is spacious and modern with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a good sized pool, terrace area and impressive views of the hills and mountains. Perfect for relaxation.

On arrival at the house, which has a spacious parking area, you enter through the fully equipped and modern kitchen. It has a gas cooker, oven and a double fridge. The living room and dining area is contemporary with double-glazed windows, comfortable seating, fireplace and a smart TV. This room leads to the bedrooms, which are all equipped with air-conditioning units (hot&cold).

The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, fitted wardrobe and access to the outside terrace and pool area. The other two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. They share a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

Outside, you can enjoy the views from a roomy seating area with a barbecue and awnings for shade. The swimming pool has a shower and spacious surroundings with decorative balustrades. Friendly neighborhood cats may visit to share their love.

The property is located on the main road from Torrox to Cómpeta, only 20 min drive from the beaches in Torrox Costa. The whole way to the house is concreted. The last 200 m to the house are very steep and curvy, but the road is concreted and is fine for a normal car with a reasonable ground clearance.

The closest village is Torrox. You will find everything you need for your holiday: several small supermarkets, bakers, fruit and vegetable store, restaurants, bars, tourist information and much more.

Activities nearby: Hiking in the Natural Park Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama, beaches in Torrox, Algarrobo, Nerja, Nerja caves, lost village Acebuchal in the National Park.

The prices include cleaning, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, towels (except towels for beach and pool) and VAT 10 %.

Not Included: Electric Heating. If you wish to use electric heating  (2 radiators) an extra charge of 15 Euros per night would be added. Please let us know at least 1 week before your arrival in case that you want to use heating.
